Halloween is coming soon! View this email in your browser Hey IQBAL, We are hosting an in-person Thursday, October 9th to get you on the road before Halloween! Read on to learn about what you will need to bring to be reviewed to be activated.  Step 1: Get your Vehicle Inspected by a BAR-licensed mechanic: Download and print this Vehicle Inspection Form and take it with you to a BAR-licensed mechanic. You can get your Vehicle Inspection done at one of these locations to get a discounted rate of $20 or less. Make sure to bring the form completed by the mechanic and your receipt to the event!    Please note all Uber vehicles are required to have the Vehicle Inspection completed to be on the Uber platform.  Step 2: Setup Your Banking Information to Receive Payments: You’ll need your bank account number and routing number. Login to Uber Vault and fill out your banking information. Need tips on how to set up your Vault Information? Tax classification is "individual" EIN can be left blank Company name is your full name Step 3: Bring These Original Documents To The Event: California Driver License California Vehicle Insurance California Vehicle Registration Vehicle Inspection Form Vehicle Inspection Receipt from a BAR certified mechanic Please find vehicle requirements here. Step 4: Download the UberDriver app on your iPhone: In order to download the Driver App on your personal phone you must have the following: iPhone 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6+. iOS 7 or newer (to check go to Settings > General > About > Version). Data plan that allows you to use at least 2GB/month of data for Uber. Major phone carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint). Working iPhone. Jailbroken phones will NOT be compatible with the app.                FILL OUT THIS FORM TO DOWNLOAD THE UBERDRIVER APP If you do not have a compatible iPhone, we will have Uber-issued iPhones available at the event.
