Power outage hits Port Hueneme » Ventura County Star: "About 5,400 customers were left in the dark Thursday night in Port Hueneme because of a power outage.
Southern California Edison said the outage began at 8:35 p.m.
The company did not say what caused the outage, saying only it was analyzing the possible reasons behind it.
Edison expected power to be fully restored by 3 a.m. Friday.
